# SendMerlin

> SendMerlin is a flat-price email marketing platform for small businesses without a marketing team. An AI assistant ("Merlin") suggests what to send from your brand and the retail calendar, drafts campaigns into the builder, checks every email before it goes out, and explains results in plain language. Campaigns send from your own domain, GDPR double opt-in is the default, data is hosted in the EU, and any campaign duplicates into English or Polish in one click.

## What SendMerlin does

- Suggests campaign ideas ("what should I send?") from your brand profile and international + Polish retail moments (Black Week, Dzień Matki, Mikołajki).
- Drafts subject lines, preheaders, and body content directly into the campaign builder; improve, shorten, or translate any block.
- Pre-send check: broken links, image-only emails, missing alt text, spammy phrasing, subject length.
- Plain-language reports: three human sentences plus one tip for next time, instead of dashboards.
- One-click bilingual duplicate: localized English and Polish versions of the same campaign.
- Sending from your own domain with guided DNS setup; GDPR double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe, and consent records built in.

- Growth - €59/month flat, up to 10,000 subscribers, 100,000 emails/month, everything in Starter, priority support.
- Agency - €149/month flat, up to 50,000 subscribers, 500,000 emails/month, everything in Growth, multi-workspace ready.
